What is TIMEJOE?
TIMEJOE is a software for the time registration intended for freelancers or the application within teams to record working times performed for projects or tasks. In addition, TIMEJOE can be utilised to administrate tasks and establish reports.

What do I require to install TIMEJOE?

Can I also plan projects with TIMEJOE?
For this purpose there is excellent special software such as MS Project available. TIMEJOE exclusively focuses on the efficient registration of working times. Even the smallest individual tasks are so easy to record with TIMEJOE that no one will forget to do so.
Is TIMEJOE a Groupware?
There are extensive and good Groupware solutions available on the market. The time registration included in the available Groupware-Software is however always so laborious that the involved personnel is discouraged from using it. TIMEJOE merely focuses on time registration and the organisation of tasks. It is however excellent for these purposes.
How much training will TIMEJOE require?
TIMEJOE is very easy to operate. A short 10-minute briefing at the weekly team meeting is totally sufficient to get going.
How is the data secured?
We conduct a complete daily backup of all data.
Why monthly costs?
The registered working times represent the „capital“ of every service provider. If these are not registered, they are not existent and can consequently not be billed. For this reason, it is of particular importance that the software runs stable and the data is ideally secured.

Where is the data deposited?
TIMEJOE runs on physically independent servers which are operated by us. The data processing centres dispose of UPS, climate control, access protection, 24 hour monitoring, and multiple-redundant connection to the internet.
