Track Project Time

Main Feature is of course the tracking of time worked on customer projects. Timejoe offers two possibilities:

  • Current Day: Track Project Time with Start/Stop Button. After starting you can close your browser, Timejoe will continue with time tracking until you stop the entry.
  • Past Days: Create Time Entries by selecting the start and stop times.

If you have an incorrect time entry (for example you forgot to stop the time recording) it's easy to edit all time trackings.

Track Working Hours

With Timejoe you can not only track the time spent on customer projects, you can also track your working hours (time spent in the office). So it's easy for you

  • to see how long you (and every user in Timejoe) has worked today / this week / month etc.
  • to see how much time you're effectively working on customer projects

Only if you compare the time spent in the office and the time worked on customer projects (= time you can charge) you see how effective you and your team is working.

Statistics

Various statistics and individual reports help you to analyze your personal and your team activities.

  • User Summary
    See your activities of the last 10 days
  • Team Summary
    Only visible for user with the Role "Statistics". See the team activities of the last 10 days.
  • Team Comparison
    Only visible for user with the Role "Statistics". Compare the work time and project time trackings of your team members.

Reporting and Excel Export

You can create individual reports and export the data to Excel. So it's quite easy for you to analyze the activities in detail or to create the monthly billings.

Also in the reports and export modules Timejoe ensures the user rights. As a time tracking member you can only see your own time recordings. A project manager with the Role "Statistics" can see all time recordings.

Manage User, Customers and Autocomplete

Timejoe has a flexible user and rights management system. You can create, activate and deactivate user with individual rights. So for example your team members can track time, your project managers can create customers and analyze the time recordings and your admin can manage user.

Managing user, customers and autocomplete entries is easy with Timejoe's feature-rich User Interface and AJAX-based dialogs.

Normally you're up and running with Timejoe within minutes. It's quite easy to use and there's no need to waste time with user instructions or a training course.
